Our Reason 'Why'
At the inception of Skytree, there were two individuals that recognized that real estate investment was not only a tried and true wealth generating platform but also a way to provide betterment to communities and tenants alike. Through our ambition to grow our own portfolio’s holdings and a desire to provide quality living spaces, we decided to create an organization to allow investment into our endeavors that would allow us to deliver above average returns to those requesting to invest with us and ourselves.
We knew that while we, simultaneously, made good on our commitments that we could also meet the investment desires of those who saw our projects as a way to invest and grow their own portfolio’s holdings.
Ultimately, coupling these motives has allowed us to proudly provide the quality investment opportunities that you see here today.
Meet Our Team
Michael Doherty
Managing Partner
Michael Doherty has been a real estate entrepreneur and investor since 2016. His focus is acquisition of cash flow producing real estate with a special focus on value-add, multifamily assets. He serves as investor relations and the broker arm of Skytree Investments.
Michael grew up in Waterford, Connecticut. He graduated from University of Connecticut in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in consumer behavior. From there, he worked at Virtus Investment Partners, a small boutique asset management firm, for 7 years. His work in finance and real estate is what led him to meet Ryan and found Skytree Investments. Michael lives in West Hartford, CT, with his fiancé, Rachael, and their dog, Max.
Ryan Deasy
Managing Partner
Ryan Deasy started his real estate entrepreneur journey in 2012. In addition to multifamily asset identification and acquisition, his main focus is the firm's marketing system and its optimization. He oversees the marketing department and all back end processes at Skytree. In addition to this, he also heads up the lending department at Skytree. His areas of focus are DSCR loans, hard money loans, ground up construction loans and conventional financing in CT and FL (NMLS 2354349).
Ryan grew up in Colebrook, Connecticut. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He then worked in banking, followed by a career in advisory services in the finance field. Ryan is happily married to his wife, Brenna, and live in northwest CT with their daughter Mae.
Tom Farley
Sales Executive
Thomas Farley has been working in real estate for 2 years. His focus is on lead management, acquisitions, and wholesaling off market properties. Thomas has a natural passion for real estate and networking, and is eager to learn and grow with us.
Thomas grew up in Long Island, NY. He worked in the construction industry and later took his skills to the railroad working in the communication construction department. Thomas currently lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, Lisa, and son, Roman.
Mark Leclair
Sales Executive
Mark Leclair graduated from Holyoke Community College with a liberal arts associates degree in 2008, which then led him to several different sales roles across different industries. These extensive sales roles, and skills paved the way for his real estate career, and is currently leading acquisitions for our New Hampshire market.
He comes from a large family and has 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Family has always been a big part of Mark's life, and very important to him. He currently resides in Bloomfield, CT.

Rashawn Dally
Sales Executive
Rashawn Dally was born in Jamaica and moved to Connecticut at the age of ten years old. He studied Public Relations at Quinnipiac University , from where he was drafted to play Professional Soccer. As the founder of RULLA Sports Empowerment, as he recognizes sports as a platform for self discovery and self improvement integrating mindfulness and meditation.
Rashawns career as a professional soccer player brought him experience in a
competitive and diverse environment which he uses daily in the real estate
world. Rashawn remarks that, "Throughout my relentless journey of going
after and accomplishing my childhood dream I have developed innovative ways
to self evaluate, self improve, manage emotions, and collaborate with
people from various backgrounds". All told, Rashawn is an impact driven
achiever bringing all his experiences to the real estate industry to make a
positive difference in communities, clients and investors' lives. His focus
at Skytree will be lending and assisting with wholesale operations.
After years of traveling and living in various places, he is now back
living in CT with his girlfriend and young daughter.
Judith Aguliar
Executive Assistant
In 2021, Judith joined the Skytree Investments team as their executive assistant and has played an integral role in the facilitation of all outbound and inbound marketing efforts. In addition to orchestrating the off market marketing campaigns, she handles many of the behind the scenes tasks that allows the business to perform efficiently and effectively.
Judith grew up in the Summer Capital of the Philippines. She graduated from the University of the Cordilleras in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She started her career working as a customer service representative for a few well known banking firms. This was then followed by a career as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry. Judith is a single mom raising her 4 year old son, Johann.
